Any Professional services, Support hours and Project Management efforts will be charged at 80 euro excluding VAT per hour.  The provided service will be without SLA as stated in the proposal. It will be paid on the following month with a timesheet. 

The offered IT subscription plan includes the following services:

•  Support, Professional Services and Project Management hours per month without SLA for a response on a time and material basis (during business hours).
•  Account Manager for business and project-related questions.
•  Service Manager for technical questions.
•  Monitoring Services.
•  Professional Services.
•  All prices are excluding VAT.
•  Support and Monitoring Hours are included in the Monthly Bundle. 
•  Implementation Hours are paid separately.
